Terms & Conditions of Sales



Article 1: Duration of stay

The customer signing the contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.

Article 2: Conclusion of the contract

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it by credit card.

Article 3: Deposit for stay in guest rooms

- Standard non-refundable / non-cancellable rate: The full amount of the reservation will be charged after booking.

- Special Offer / Free Cancellation / Breakfast Included: Customer will be required to pay 30% of the total amount in advance after booking.

-Klarna special offer: Pay for your stay in 3 interest-free installments.

- Promotion: The full amount of the reservation will be charged after booking.

Article 3a: Deposit, balance and stay deposit Seasonal rental (privatization of the property) July / August:


Standard rate: A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required by credit card.

The balance of the stay will be settled 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of 3000 euros will be requested upon arrival by Visa / Mastercard bank card and will be returned on the day of departure. It must be paid upon taking possession of the rented premises and this to cover the loss or damage that could be caused to objects, furniture or others. This will be returned on the day of departure. If the security deposit proves insufficient, the tenant agrees to complete the sum after the exit inventory. This present deposit can in no case be considered as participation in the rent.

Article 4: Cancellation by the guest in a bed and breakfast :

- Standard non-refundable / non-cancellable rate: Please note that this offer is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.

- Special offer / Free cancellation: Please note that this offer is 100% refundable if cancelled 24 hours before arrival and in case of no-show 100% of the reservation amount will be retained.

- Klarna Rate: Please note that this offer is 100% refundable if cancelled 24 hours before arrival and in case of no-show 100% of the booking amount will be retained.

- Promotion: Please note that this offer is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.


Article 4a: Cancellation by the customer for seasonal rental (privatization of the property) July / August


- From 30 to 21 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation amount will be retained.

- From 20 to 8 days before the arrival date, 75% of the reservation amount will be retained.

- From 07 to 2 days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount will be retained.


Article 5: Arrival

The customer is welcomed on the specified day from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. if the room is available, then in the afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In case of late arrival, the customer must notify the owner.


Article 6: Regulations

The balance of the stay in the guest room will be paid on arrival in cash or by Visa/Mastercard.


Article 7: Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to Villa Azur Golf, which then pays it to the Public Treasury.


Article 8: Use of the premises

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition.


Article 9: Pets

The contract specifies that the client cannot stay with a pet. If the client does not comply with this clause, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal cannot in any case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the customer leaving, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains acquired by the owner.


Article 10: Capacity

The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional guests. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of guests greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains acquired by the owner.


Article 11 Insurance for guest rooms and seasonal rentals:

The customer is liable for all damages caused by him. He must therefore check whether his main residence contract provides for the holiday extension (vacation rental). The tenant certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his own liability and that of the persons accompanying him.
